MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) - Crews in Morgan County worked to pull a car out of the Tennessee River on Saturday.
The car was found near the Hospitality Park on Highway 31 North early Saturday morning.
The Morgan County Rescue Squad responded to the scene after the car was found submerged in the water.
Divers with the squad attached a tow cable to the car in order to pull it out.
At this time, it doesn’t appear that anyone was in the car.
No word yet on how the car ended up in the river.
Decatur police are now continuing to investigate this incident.
