MADISON, AL (WAFF) - A Madison teen is inspiring local businesses with each stroke of her many paint brushes. Over the past few weeks, she has painted and delivered portraits to local businesses.
The owner of Zen Beri in Madison reached out to WAFF 48 News after she was blown away by 17-year-old Alexandra Ramsey’s talent and heart.
“She really lives up to her name which is helper and defender of man kind so I’m proud of my girl,” Alexandra’s mom said.
The teen has been painting since she was a little girl. Back then it was all about finger painting but now she’s taken a more serious track with her art.
Alexandra’s mom says the entire project was her ‘brain child.’
“She would say mom, 'I’d like to paint a picture of this place or that and I want to make sure I deliver it to the establishment," her mom said.
Each painting takes her just 30 minutes to create.
You can find her art hanging up at Wendy’s, Dairy Queen, and McDonald’s on County Line Road in Madison, Arby’s, Zen Beri and Target off of U.S. 72 and even at the Madison Hospital.
