Storms overnight tonight could produce wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent lightning and locally heavy rain. A cold front is on the way. This front will move through early Monday. Ahead of the front the winds will remain gusty from the southwest at 10-20 mph. Behind the front a gusty north wind will usher in another cool air mass. Cool for this time of year anyway. Monday afternoon will be dry with a north wind at 7-12 mph and afternoon highs in the lower to middle 80s.
Record lows will be possible Tuesday and Wednesday morning. They will fall to around 60 degrees during the early morning hours on Tuesday and Wednesday with afternoon highs, both days, in the lower 80s.
Our next chance of rain arrives Friday into Saturday.
Have a great night.
