Prep Time and Total Time: 1hour
Ingredient List and Recipe Steps:
1lb hamburger
1lb sausage
1 box unclebens wild rice
Waterchestnuts (chopped)
1 can of mushroom soup
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown your hamburger and your Sausage and drain off the fat.
Cook your rice according to the directions on the box.
Add the rice and the meat to a mixing bowl.
Add your soup, waterchestnuts and the worcestershire sauce mix well.
Add to a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 min.
Servings: 6-8
