Kids to Love introduces Andrew

Andrew is 11-years-old. He is in the 5th grade.

"Well, I have a couple favorite subjects. One, if I had to pick one, it would be science. P.E. if  you can count that as a subject, and mathematics and history," Andrew says.

Andrew makes good grades.

"Pretty much A's & B's," he says.

He hasn't decided on what he wants to be when he grows up, but he's narrowed it down to two possibilities.

"Either a gemologist or a vet," says Andrew.

Andrew and his brother Patrick have been in foster care for 3 years. They've lived in 3 homes.

"The hardest part about foster care is the moving. Having to leave friends that you have known a long time," he says.

Andrew and Patrick would love to be placed together.

"It's very important because we have been separated too many times," he says.

He knows adoption could give him stability.

"It means a lot to me. It means to take a child in that you know you can protect and love," says Andrew.
