HUTNSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville Police have arrested a Montgomery man in connection with two homicides.
Wilbert James Smith, 28, is charged with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of BJ Peterson and Ronnie Pugh, who were both shot and killed in their home on Hester Lane on Aug. 23.
Huntsville police say their investigation is ongoing, and they expect to make more arrests.
