Honor Flight Tennessee Valley Needs Your Used wheelchairs.

Honor Flight's mission is to fly Veterans, who would otherwise not be able to go, to Washington DC to see the Memorials built in their honor.

Since its first flight in April 2007, Honor Fight Tennessee Valley has safely flown 629 WWII Veterans to and from their Memorial. The safety of these veterans during their trip is supported by the generous donations of wheelchairs that are necessary to help some veterans move about.

More than 450 WWII Veterans on a waiting list for the three flights scheduled in 2009. Wheelchairs are desperately needed for these veterans. If you have a wheelchair that you are not using, please contact Honor Flight representative Don Mandeville at 679-5275 or email at donmand@knology.net. You may also drop them off at the Veterans Memorial Museum at the Old Huntsville Airport. Your donation is tax deductible and goes to a great cause.

Visit Honor Flight at www.honorflight.net.

You can make your donation to Honor Flight, PO Box 1487 WS, Huntsville, AL 35807
