Don Siegelman made a visit to Huntsville Sunday where local democrats are asking for contributions to help the former Alabama governor with his legal defense fund.
Siegelman owes $2.5 million in legal costs accrued during his government corruption trial. In 2006, Siegelman was convicted of bribery, obstruction and other related charges.
The event was intended to raise money and get other's to take action with our legislature.
Siegelman brought up Karl rove, whom he believes encouraged his prosecution.
