Titans Release 2008 Schedule

(NASHVILLE) - The Tennessee Titans released their schedule for the 2008 season, Tuesday. It will start September 7, as Tennessee hosts Jacksonville at LP Field.

For the first time since 2004, the Titans will play a prime-time home game as Tennessee will host Peyton Manning's Indianapolis Colts for a Monday night game, October 27.

The schedule also has the Titans traveling to Detroit for their 5th Thanksgiving Day appearance in franchise history.

The Titans schedule features home games against Cleveland, Green Bay, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Minnesota, New York Jets and Pittsburgh. Tennessee will travel to Baltimore, Cincinnati, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville and Kansas City.

Minnesota will play for the first time at LP Field, where opponents are 7-22 in their initial visit. Only one other team has yet to play at LP Field -- Arizona.

Single game tickets for the 2008 season will go on sale July 12.
