- 6A Girls Title
Bob Jones 46, Sparkman 38
The Lady Patriots used a 2nd half 14-2 run to defeat Madison County rival Sparkman. Bob Jones (33-2) now heads to the Final Four in Birmingham where they wil face Robertsdale. Sparkman was led by Adrienne Webb's 21 points, but Sametria Gideon's jumper 23 seconds into the 4th gave Bob Jones a lead they would never relinquish.

Wenonah 57, Brewer 39
Karneisha Garrett and Keiara Middleton combined for 40 points to lead the Lady Dragons (29-2) to a trip to Birmingham over the cold-shooting Brewer Patriots. Garrett scored 21 points and brought down 20 rebounds to lead Wenonah, which shot 40% in the game. Wenonah led all the way. Brewer went 0-for-12 on shots outside the perimeter.

Deshler 88, Brooks 65
The Lady Tigers returned to the state finals for the 7th straight season by breaking their own state regional single-game scoring record. Regional MVP Ashleigh Jackson scored 42 points to set a 4A regional individual record and had six rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocked shots to boot. Birdie Bowens added 15 points. Brooks (17-16) was led by Miranda Liles' 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Lauderdale County 60, Elkmont 52
The Tigers (30-7) advance to their first Class 3A Girls Final Four since 2006 behind Louisiana Tech signee Tiara Young's 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals. Young won the 3A Girls Regional MVP. Emily Stephens added 11 points for the Tigers. Jamie Lack had 21 points and 11 rebounds for Elkmont (20-12).

Cold Springs 64, Tanner 55
The Cold Springs Eagles dominated most of this game to run their record to 34-1, earning them a trip to Birmingham. Georgia Myrex led with 25 points and 9 rebounds and Paige Parker added 18 points and 10 rebounds. Sierra Sales led the Lady Rattlers with 22 points and 14 rebounds. Parker managed to tie the game on a layup with 2:04 in the 3rd quarter, 44-44. But a couple of free throws by Myrex put the Eagles up for good as the quarter ended.

Hubbard 61, Hazlewood 51
Just down the road from each other in Lawrence County, where the title rested in Town Creek for the last four years, the Chiefs (18-11) finally wrested the 1A title away behind Chastity Puryear's 16 points and 6 steals. Hubbard had split four previous meetings with their county rival. Hazlewood built the lead to 47-40 in the 3rd quarter before the Chiefs went on a 17-4 run in the 4th quarter to take the win.
