Dunaway's 27 Leads Chargers over Harding

(HUNTSVILLE) - What do you do for an encore? You do it again.

Two nights after scoring a career-high 27 points against Rochester, former Buckhorn star Tyler Dunaway scored 27 points, including 6 three-pointers to help UAH fight back Harding, 73-67, Saturday night at Spragins Hall.

Kael Coleman added 11 points for UAH (6-7).

The Chargers led by as many as 14 points in the 1st half, but Harding had a strong 2nd half to take a 54-53 lead with 8:32 to play.

Harding outshot UAH, 46.6%-45.8% and outrebounded the Chargers as well, 16-13, but a 10-0 run by the Chargers and poor free-throw shooting (12-of-25) cost the Bisons the game.

In contrast to the Bisons, UAH shot 22-of-25 from the line.

The game see-sawed for the last six minutes before UAH began its decisive run which a Dunaway trey gave UAH a 63-54 margin.

On the women's side, Harding evened the Lady Chargers' record to 6-6 with an 85-62 victory.
