Man who killed his infant back in court

A sentencing hearing today will determine the fate of a Red Bay man who was found guilty of killing his three-week-old son.

The state's medical examiner testified that Jodey Waldrop's infant died from being shaken or slammed against something.

During testimony, Waldrop gave jurors four different versions of how his son died.

That same jury can either recommend life in prison without parole or death by lethal injection.
