Judge sentences man to 30-years for involvement in clerk's death

The second man convicted in the murder of a Shoals convenience store clerk will spend the next three decades in prison.

A judge sentenced Dewon Jones to 30 years for the death of Kirtley. Kirtley was shot to death during a robbery at a liquor store in Florence in 2005.

Investigators say Jones acted as the lookout while David Riley robbed the store and shot Kirtley in the process. Riley was sentenced to death.
