Structurally deficient bridges concerns

Federal statistics show about 21 hundred of Alabama's nearly 16 thousand highway bridges are classified as being structurally deficient.

That's the same ranking given the bridge that collapsed into the Mississippi River in Minnesota.

Investigators have started the process of determining what caused the collapse.

Meanwhile divers and rescue workers are still trying to determine how many people perished in the tragedy.
