Board members at Alabama A&M met this morning to discuss President Robert Jennings' job performance.
They addressed some of the main concerns found in Jennings' first evaluation as president of the historic university.
Trustees have long denied rumors that Jennings' job is in jeopardy.
This afternoon, board members asked Dr. Jennings to improve the negative marks found in his evaluation.
They will meet again in October to take another look at his performance.
