(Tunica, MS, December 7, 2006) -- Hollywood Casino was a big winner for the second year in a row with three First Place awards at the Sixth Annual American Gaming Association Communication Awards November 13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Hollywood took First Place honors in the Best Outdoor Advertisement: Campaign category with the "Hollywood Glamour Winners Campaign" ; First Place in the Best Outdoor Advertisement: Single category with the "Hollywood Glamour Winners - Michael" ad; and Best Print Advertisement: Single Piece category, there was a tie with two Hollywood ads "Hollywood Glamour Winners - Randy" and "Hollywood Glamour Winners - Michael".
The American Gaming Association (AGA) is the largest gaming association in the nation. The prestigious Gaming Communications Awards, the AGA's highest communications honors, are distributed in 15 categories to those who achieve the best communications among North American casinos and casino publications.
