Chess Bedsole is from Mobile. He graduated from Emory University before earning his law degree at the University of Alabama.
Bedsole served as Council to United States Senator Jesse Helms (R-NC).
During the 2000 Presidential Election, Bedsole was sent to Broward County, Florida for the recount effort.
He is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Roundtable at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. Bedsole is also the founder and president of a data management company.
Bedsole and his wife, Jenna, have one child. The family attends Canterbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham.
