Mo Brooks is a member of the Madison County Commission and a private practice attorney in Huntsville. He has served on the Commission since 1996.
Before the Commission, Brooks served as a member of the House of Representatives from 1982 to 1991.
Brooks has also served as Madison County District Attorney, Assistant DA in Tuscaloosa County, and Special Assistant Attorney General to Jeff Sessions and Bill Pryor.
Brooks graduated from Grissom High School in Huntsville.
He is also a graduate of Duke University and the University of Alabama School of Law.
Brooks and his wife, Martha, have four children.
