HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Harvest man has been arrested after leaving the scene of crash that resulted in the death of a Huntsville woman.

The crash occurred 9:14 p.m. on Douglass Road, just under a mile north of Huntsville.

Alabama State Troopers say that Jalissa Roshell Garner, 25, was killed when the vehicle she was driving was struck head-on by another vehicle driven by Jose Sanchez, 34, of Harvest.

Garner was pronounced dead at the scene. She was reportedly not wearing her seat belt.
