MONTGOMERY, AL (WAFF) - An attorney for Rep. Ed Henry filed a motion to dismiss the federal indictment against him, saying the allegations do not constitute criminal conduct and are "vague, indefinite, uncertain and confusing."
That motion and others were filed this week.

Attorney Max Pulliam also asked to submit a questionnaire to prospective jurors in advance of trial and have preliminary examinations of them. Pulliam said in the court filing that a press release early this month about Henry's arrest connected him to a Montgomery "pill mill."
