DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - A Decatur woman was arrested on Saturday on multiple drug charges.
Around 3:00 p.m. on Saturday officers responded to a shoplifting call at Champion Food Mart. Employees told police they had seen Nancy Lawler Oliver taking items from the store.
Officials later found that Oliver was in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, drug paraphernalia and prescription pills for which she did not have a prescription.
Oliver was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a bond. She was arrested on similar charges last year.
