HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The Alabama Department of Labor has a reminder if you're planning to employ young people.
Teens can work at age 14 in Alabama, but 14 and 15-year-olds have to be in good academic standing.
You also have to get a child labor certificate from the department of labor.
