2 shooting victims releases from Crestwood Hospital

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A shooting investigation is underway in Huntsville.

On Monday afternoon, Huntsville police responded to a call that two shooting victims were at Crestwood Hospital. Police confirm both had non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said both victims indicated that it happened in the 3000 block of Penny Street.

One of the victims was handling a handgun and was shot in the hand, the other was hit by fragments. Both have since been released.
