MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - Emergency Management in Madison County is looking for feedback regarding severe weather preparation.

The organization posted on their Twitter account that they are looking for information on residents' past experiences with tornados and severe weather and how they prepared for it. They invited north Alabama citizens who are 18 or older to attend focus groups in May to give their feedback.

Each meeting will last 1-2 hours and participants will each receive $30. Participants are asked to sign up in advance as space is limited.

The Madison Co. EMA also says that they need input, especially from residents of manufactured housing and mobile homes.
