3rd suspect arrested in Binford Drive murder in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A third suspect is in custody in connection to a murder from January.

Huntsville police say 28-year-old Kason Christopher Grady was arrested in St. Petersburg, Florida. U.S. marshals found him in a hotel there on Thursday.

Police say he will be extradited to Huntsville to face a capital murder charge.

Grady is charged in the shooting death of Raemon Ross. The murder happened on Binford Drive on Jan. 28.

Two other suspects have already been arrested. Charles Mosby was arrested in New Orleans, Louisiana. Fotino Davis was caught in Memphis, Tennessee.

Huntsville police are still seeking a fourth offender but said they cannot comment on that person's identity.
