Second arrest made in January murder in Huntsville
Officials arrested Fotino Davis in connection with the shooting death of Raemon Ross.

(WAFF) - Huntsville Police have made another arrest in a case that dates back to January.

U.S. Marshals along with Huntsville officials found Fotino Davis, 24, in Memphis, Tennessee, and arrested him in connection with the Jan. 28 shooting death of Raemon Ross that occurred on Binford Dr.

Marshals arrested Davis on April 23 before booking him into the Shelby County Jail in Memphis. He has been charged with murder during a robbery in the first degree.

Davis has since been extradited back to Huntsville.


Authorities had previously arrested Charles Anthony Mosby in this investigation after tracking him down in New Orleans. That arrest led them to the address in Memphis where Davis was located.

Authorities are currently searching another suspect in this case.
