Scattered outages remain in Madison County

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Overnight storms have kept Huntsville Utility workers busy into Monday afternoon. 

More than 1,200 customers were reported to be without power as Monday morning. As of 2:20 p.m., scattered but much smaller outages remained in their map.

A power outage map on the Huntsville Utilities website shows the outages are spread out across Madison County.


Falling tree limbs from high winds are to blame for many of the outages.

Any Huntsville Utilities customer who is experiencing a service related issue who hasn't already done so should report it to 256-53-LIGHT
