The Madison County Health Department handed Fuji Japanese Cuisine on Winchester Rd. in Huntsville an 80. The inspector reports employees couldn't use a sink at the front counter sushi area for what it's there for, to wash their hands, because there was a pile of items in it.

The Quik Mart in the 532 East Second St. in Muscle Shoals is a back-to-back low performer. They scored an 83 last time, and followed with a reinspection score of 80. The inspector reports barbecue and various breakfast meats were held past their expiration dates.

Two Tuscumbia Texaco food marts make the low performers list this week. The Quik Stop Texaco at 1021 HIghway 72 East scored a 78. The Colbert County Health Department reports pimento cheese and dairy products were 10 degrees over the 41 degree temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold-holding food.

Yogi's Texaco at 17750 Highway 72 West scored an 84. They lost points because the dish machine was not sanitizing properly.

There are five Kitchen Cops high performers this week.

Southern Adventures Waterpark concessions and Dished, which is also located at Southern Adventures at 2150 Leeman Ferry Circle in Huntsville, each scored a 99.

The I Love Bacon Food Truck in Huntsville scored a 99, as did the deli at the Walmart at 9020 Bailey Cove Rd. South in Huntsville and AFC Sushi at the Publix at 7830 Highway 72 West in Madison.
