The Fiesta Mexicana in Tuscumbia scored a 77. The Colbert County Health Department reports a worker touched raw food and, without changing their gloves, touched ready-to-eat food. The inspector also reports rice was held 18 to 27 degrees below the 135 degree temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in hot-holding food.

Wok-N-Roll in Florence scored an 80. The inspector reports there were no date marks on chicken, egg rolls and dumplings to indicate when the food was prepared and when it would expire. They also lost points for having no measurable sanitizer in the dish machine.

Homeside Restaurant on Huntsville Road in Florence scored an 81. The health department reports some hot-holding food wasn't held hot enough, and some cold-holding food was above the mandated 41 degree maximum.

Logan's Roadhouse in Florence scored an 84. Cold-holding food over the required temperature was reported there too.

The Bojangles' in Muscle Shoals also scored an 84 and also reportedly had cold food over the required temperature. The Colbert County Health Department also reports finding mold in the ice machine.

The Papa John's on Woodward Avenue in Muscle Shoals scored an 82. The health department reports finding rodent droppings by the back door and on front counter.

Singing River Bar and Grill in Sheffield scored an 80. The inspector reports there were no date marks on cooked ham, cooked corn beef, potatoes and grilled chopped chicken.

Bonnie's Kountry Café in Rogersville scored an 84. The inspector reports dishes were not being sanitized properly.

Quik Stop at 420 South Court St. in Florence scored an 83. They lost points because of chicken patties that lacked date marks.

S & Z Supermarket on Shaw Road in Athens is this week's lowest scoring Kitchen Cops Low Performer, scoring a 72. The Limestone County Health Department reports eggs were 24 degrees above the required cold-holding temperatures. Sausage was reportedly 55 to 66 below the required hot-holding temperature and hamburgers were 29 degrees under the mark.

Goodsprings Grocery on Highway 99 in Anderson scored a 78. The inspector reports the ice maker needed to be cleaned.

Jeff's Mini Mart on Highway 99 in Athens scored a 79. The health department reports they needed a food thermometer. They also lost points because there were no paper towels at a hand sink.

Clements Mini Mart in Athens scored an 83. The inspector reports drink nozzles needed to be cleaned.

There are 16 Kitchen Cops High Performers this week. Two scored unblemished 100s. Beast Mode mobile food unit and the Pearl Asian Cuisine mobile food unit, which both operate out of 603 Jordan Ln. in Huntsville, both earned perfect scores.
