(WAFF) - Life is about to get a lot more relaxing for aging Jimmy Buffett fans who are still searchin' for that lost shaker of salt.
Coastal Living magazine reports that a senior living retirement community inspired by Jimmy Buffett's signature hit "Margaritaville" is currently in the planning stages.
This isn't just a wasted away again pipe dream either—construction has already started on the $1 billion project in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The property is expected to 6,900 homes, offering residents a town center, walkable neighborhoods, fitness facilities, an indoor lap pool, a spa and a private beachfront club on the Atlantic.
The only bad news? Parrotheads looking for too early a retirement need not apply.
Latitude Margaritaville is expected to be restricted to residents age 55 and older.
