Driver charged in Tennessee school bus crash that killed 5

Five children died and 24 were taken to local hospitals in a school bus crash in Chattanooga Monday, Chattanooga police said. 

Police Chief Fred Fletcher said the bus driver has been arrested and charged with five counts of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving. He said additional charges may come later.

Trump asked his transition team to put together a list of executive actions he can sign on his first day in office.

Lauren: Mostly sunny skies to quickly boost temperatures

A mostly sunny sky and light southerly winds will quickly boost temperatures Tuesday.

Highs will climb into the middle 60s. Cloud cover will begin streaming in by late afternoon, so temperatures will be slow to drop Tuesday night, and it won’t be near as cold, with lows in the middle 40s.
