Crime Stoppers: Wallet stolen at Huntsville Panera Bread

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A stop at a Valley restaurant turned into an extremely expensive lunch. Not because of the price of her food. As you'll see in this week's Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers, it was the cost of a crime.

The woman seen on surveillance camera is not only seen leaving a local Target, she's also seen having satisfied her appetite for crime.

This happened on Sept. 9 in Huntsville when she used a stolen debit card for her shopping spree. The victim was eating lunch at Panera Bread on Airport Road.

She set her purse down when the crook grabbed her wallet. You might wonder how that could happen so quickly. But if you look away just for a few seconds, that's more than enough time for a crook.

We definitely have a good look at the woman Huntsville police are looking for in this crime. And if you know who this woman is, you'll be getting a good look at a lot of green. There's a reward of up to $1,000 on the table.
