ALABAMA (WAFF) -

After scoring an 83 last time, City Restaurant in Tuscumbia needed a reinspection score of 85 of higher to get off the the Kitchen Cops Low Performers list.

The restaurant just missed, scoring an 84, making the restaurant a back-to-back low performer.

The Colbert County Health Department reports and that hamburger steak, ground beef, barbecue meat and meatloaf were kept past their expiration dates.

Also, several food items did not have date of expiration marks.

Izzy's Deli, which operates inside of the Exxon on Highway 67 in Somerville scored an 88 for their reinspection.

That is eight points better than last time, and enough to earn their way off of the Kitchen Cops Low Performers list.

David: Showers and storms ongoing across the Valley

    Saturday, March 25 2017 5:50 PM EDT2017-03-25 21:50:37 GMT

Showers and storms will be ongoing across the Valley this evening. The most widespread rain will be over northeastern AL, but additional scattered storms will track into the Shoals from the west. That round of stormy weather will head east with time and should be out of the Valley after midnight. The threat for severe storms is low, but a few strong storms are possible.
