It's not too late! Registration is still open for this year's Liz Hurley Ribbon Run happening on October 15

Each year, thousands of walkers and runners fill the streets of downtown Huntsville for a great cause. The annual run features a 5K run and a Survivors' Walk. 

The 5K run will begin at 8:00 am followed by awards at 9:30 am and the Survivors' Walk at 10:00am.

Registration is simple! Individuals and teams are encouraged to participate by filling out this form. 

WAFF 48 is proud to partner with the Huntsville Hospital Foundation each year towards their initiatives to help save lives through breast cancer research.

    A school bus accident occurred Friday morning in Decatur.  The accident occurred at 11th St. SW and W. Moulton St. around 9:30 a.m.  Bus No. 27 reportedly collided with a pickup truck, resulting in serious damage to the side of the vehicle.  The bus sustained only minor damage.
