Pools in Boise, Idaho are shutting down for the summer, but not before one final dip from some four-legged friends.

What could be better than a dog day at the pool?

Boise Parks and Recreation ended the month of August by teaming up with the Idaho Humane Society for its annual "See Spot Splash" event. The event, which just celebrated its eighth year, was free to attend but donations were accepted to go towards building a new dog park.

All proceeds went towards the Idaho Humane Society. Paws up!
