Here's your question of the day. What's is appropriate, neighborly, and just plain good manners when it comes to popping fireworks? Of course, you know you can't pop fireworks within city limits but it's perfectly legal in the county. Should people pop fireworks past 9 p.m., 10 or even past midnight.
