Coulson, Langford, Stapler named Stallworth Award Winners

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A veteran basketball coach with state championships at two different schools, one of the nation's top basketball prospects and a female athlete who was on her school's varsity football team are the winners of the second annual John Stallworth Award.
Current Westminster Coach Ronnie Stapler, McDonald's All-American Josh Langford, and Lee High athlete Kenysha Coulson won awards Thursday at the Westin Hotel.

For Coulson, it was an honor to be recognized.

"Words can't explain how I feel," Coulson said Thursday. "I'm proud of myself, I should be able to say that, and I want to thank everybody for believing in me."

The award winners were announced as part of the annual John Stallworth foundation Legends roundtable that included NFL Hall of Famer's Terry Bradshaw, Mel Blount, and the host of the event John Stallworth.
The 14th Annual John Stallworth Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament tees off Friday at the Robert Trent Jones Course at Hampton Cove.
