(WAFF) -
Good morning! Trent Butler here to let you know what we're covering for you on this Wednesday morning.

Bernie Sanders is being pressured by the Hillary Clinton campaign to end his quest for the Democratic nomination. Yet, the Vermont Senator says he's going to stay in the race until the last ballot is cast. This morning, we'll tell you what's next after Clinton wins by half a percentage point in Kentucky and Sanders takes home a convincing victory in Oregon. As expected, likely GOP nominee Donald Trump had no problems winning the Republican primary in Oregon.

The Lincoln County Superintendent says the district is going to train teachers on what's appropriate after being called out by the Freedom From Religion Foundation. The group claims Highland Rim Elementary violated the separation of church and state when one teacher asked students to make
a cross for an art project.

Another major story is coming out of Lincoln County this morning. A woman there is accused of using her job as bookkeeper to steal three million dollars from her employer. We'll share the latest on this forgery investigation by the TBI.

On a lighter note, we'll show you where you can enjoy a Whopper and fries in the sauna! David Ernst will let us know if it will feel like a sauna today in the Valley. He's also giving us a heads up on what may be a very rainy Friday. See you soon on WAFF 48 News Today!
