Rooftop damaged in Trinity house fire

Trinity Fire and Rescue and Trinity Police responded to the scene of a house fire on College Street and  Mountain Home Road in Trinity early Monday morning. 

Administration: Up to 250 military personnel headed to Syria

President Barack Obama will send an additional 250 military personnel to Syria to help local forces fighting the Islamic State group, increasing to 300 the number of U.S. forces battling extremists in the war-torn country, administration officials confirmed Sunday.

Plenty of sunshine with warm temperatures

Temperatures are mild in the mid 50s to low 60s this morning with partly cloudy skies.  We should see plenty of sunshine through the day and temperatures will be warm like yesterday. We should warm into the mid/upper 70s by lunch time with highs in the low-to-mid 80s.
