First, we're on the scene of a house fire that broke out overnight. It happened in Huntsville on Beech Avenue. Two people were rushed to the hospital. We're working to get their conditions.

Plus, your utility bill may be going up if you're a Huntsville Utilities customer. The city council will vote either way on raising rates tonight. The proposal has the rate increase coming in two waves, one in May and the other in October. We'll tell you just how much your bill could go up and everything you need to know so you're not blindsided.

Apparently, Governor Bentley's alleged affair touches Franklin County. State Representative Johnny Morrow of Red Bay filed an ethics complaint against Bentley's former top advisor and alleged affair partner for influencing Bentley to veto two bills that Morrow claims would have benefited his district.
