MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Every year the best to ever play, coach or cover sporting events get recognized as a Hall of Famer. Monday night 12 new members of the Huntsville, Madison County Hall of Fame inducted.

For the new inductees. A humbling honor.

It's truly an honor, and I want to thank the Madison County Hall of Fame, giving me this opportunity to be here tonight,” former Butler basketball standout Howard Pride said Monday night.

“I think It's an honor for any athlete to be in any hall of fame, so I'm honored to be here,” Butler high basketball standout Delvin Sullivan added.

“I played for some really great coaches,” former high school baseball coach Roger Wright said. “And in my coaching career I never won a game, I probably help lose a few of them. But I had the chance to coach some wonderful kids.”
