(WAFF) - Patchy fog can be expected this morning, but skies are mainly clear otherwise. In some spots the fog will be dense so you may want to budget a few extra minutes for the morning drive.
We should see a fair amount of sunshine this morning with clouds increasing for the afternoon. We're starting the day in the mid/upper 40s, and highs should climb to near 70° later today. It will be breezy at times with a west wind of 10-20 mph.
A cold front will approach the Valley tonight. While there won't be much moisture for it to work with, a few isolated showers are possible. Winds will shift to the northwest overnight, and cooler air moves in for the weekend. Lows tonight should dip into the mid 40s.
We'll see a mix of sun and clouds Friday with breezy northwest winds. Highs should be about 10° cooler than today, topping out around 60. Skies will clear by the evening, and temperatures should drop into the upper 30s overnight. Patchy frost is possible for Saturday morning.
Highs will be limited to the upper 50s despite mostly sunny skies. Lows will fall into the mid 30s Sunday morning, and frost is more likely compared to Saturday. Skies should be mostly once again, and it will be warmer with highs back into the 60s.
