HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Two crooks left a sour smell behind as they stole items from a fragrance store. But you could turn this case into the sweet smell of money for yourself if you can help us solve it.

Two women are seen leaving the Ulta Beauty at the Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville March 23. What you don't see is the items they had stuffed in their purses.

What police say these women did was to remove the security wrapping from the items before they put them in their purse.

That wrap isn't just for show. It's what triggers alarms if someone tries to leave the store without paying, which is exactly what these women were doing.

And according to police, these two made off with more than $550 worth of merchandise.

But with an extremely clear surveillance picture, you don't have to follow your nose for the fragrance. You can follow these two with your eyes.

Do you know who they are? If you do, open up that wallet and get ready to stuff some cash in there.

There's a reward of up to a $1,000 waiting for you.
