Police say standoff at Glenview Apartments may have been hoax

Police responded to a barricaded subject at Glenview Apartments on Redstone Road South. According to police, they were responding to calls of a shooting. Officers went to the door of the apartment.

State Rep. Ed Henry (R - Hartselle) held a State House news conference Tuesday in order to discuss Articles of Impeachment he plans to file against Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley. "We have never done this before, but the impeachment process will begin today," said State Rep. Ed Henry.
