A Hazel Green Cemetery Owner is suing the Alabama Funeral Board over her right to sell caskets. Did you know that in the state of Alabama you have to be a licensed funeral director to sell caskets? I must admit, the thought never occurred to me. It also never occurred to me that I could prepare my loved one's body at home for burial. But the cemetery owner says that is just what families should to do. She wants them to skip the middle man and come directly to her for what she calls a " green burial". It's a story you really will want to see. Watch it tonight on WAFF 48 News at 10. And then like my WAFF Facebook page and tell me your thoughts on this story.
