Explosions rock Brussels airport, subway; at least 13 dead

Explosions rocked the Brussels airport and the subway system Tuesday, killing at least 13 people and injuring many others just days after the main suspect in the November Paris attacks was arrested in the city, police said.

Decatur teacher arrested for sexual relationships with students

Decatur police say a Decatur High School teacher was arrested for having sexual relationships with two students. Detectives with the Decatur Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit opened an investigation on Carrie Cabri Witt last Thursday after receiving information of Witt being in a relationship with a student.
