Sunshine with temperatures into the 50s for Monday

It’s a chilly start to the day with temperatures in the low-to-mid 30s. Patchy frost is possible, but skies will be clear this morning.  We’ll see plenty of sunshine, and temperatures will warm quickly. We’ll be into the lower 50s by lunch time with highs into the upper 50s. 

Firefighters search for cause of grass fire near new Grissom HS project

A 60-acre grass fire ripped through an area of south Huntsville and ignited just feet from a multi-million dollar project. It happened off National Boulevard near Sam's Club. The area is just feet away from the new Grissom High School, which is under construction.

Obama arrives in Cuba for what he calls a "historic visit"

Stepping into history, President Barack Obama opened an extraordinary visit to Cuba on Sunday, eager to push decades of acrimony deeper into the past and forge irreversible ties with America's former adversary. "This is a historic visit and a historic opportunity," Obama said as he greeted staff of the new U.S. Embassy in Havana.
