TONIGHT AT 10: Updates on presidential race polls

Good Tuesday evening. We're hard at work on a number of stories for our 10 o'clock newscast.

Among them, a Decatur family whose 13-year old daughter was videotaped dressing in the locker room at Cedar Ridge Middle School. That video was then posted on the social media app Snapchat . The student doing the videotaping was suspended. But the victim's father is speaking out over concerns his daughter might be in danger when the other girl returns to school. Franklin White will have that story.

Some good news if you're a teacher in Alabama or know someone who is. The State House of Representatives voted 105-0 in favor of an education budget today that could mean a pay raise for teachers as well as improvements in the state's Pre-K program. We'll have a full report from Montgomery.

And voters in 4 states are going to the polls today in the Presidential race. So far, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have claimed victories in Mississippi, with Trump also winning Michigan. Idaho and Hawaii are the other two states up for grabs. Join us on-line and on-air at 10 for the latest results.

We hope you'll join Brad, Scott and me at 10.
