HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

We've cloned sheep. We've cloned dogs. We've cloned cats.

Nothing illegal about that.

But there is something illegal about cloning a credit card.

And it's pretty frightening just how easy it seems to be, as you'll see in this week's Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers.

The surveillance pictures are just about as deceiving as the crime.

Huntsville police say this guy is seen at the Apple store at the Bridge Street Town Center January 16th.

He doesn't appear to be doing anything, but police say he was using a cloned credit card.

The victim was notified that their credit card had been used.

But the victim didn't know they were a victim because they still had their card.

The crook stole the all-important numbers from the card and made a cloned card.

So don't relax just because you have all your cards.

In fact, a relative of mine recently had this happen to them.

Take a good look at this crook. And it is a pretty good look. Any idea who it is?

There's a reward of up to a thousand dollars riding on this.
