Taxation without representation?

   Some people in Morgan County say they can't take it any more! Good morning. Trent Butler here. These people say, they're not able to vote in Decatur elections. Yet, they still have to follow the city's business and building regulations.  Soon, they'll be paying more taxes to the city. This morning, we'll tell you how they're trying to get out of Decatur's police jurisdiction.  
   Students at Miles College are hoping for a calmer day after a deadly shooting right near campus. The college was placed on lock down as a precaution last night. We'll tell you why a stolen cell phone may have led to an altercation and one death. 
   Make sure you have the rain gear handy for the first part of this week. David Ernst will let you know what to expect as you drive to work and school. Plus, he'll also tell you about the chance to strong storms later this week.
